  • Juice of half a lemon (enhances flavor and prevents browning)

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Peaches

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced peaches with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  • Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.

2. Make the Crumble Topping

  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Add cold, cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or fork to blend until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.

3. Assemble & Bake
